The TAEA Leadership Development Program focusses on those artists and teachers who have an interest in becoming regional or provincial leaders in the TAEA supporting the Educational Theatrical Arts in Canada. Many times leadership takes on running a STAR Drama Festival for schools/youth or a Professional Development gathering during our TAEA National Conference but there are also other opportunities that come up from time to time too.
